Bevorzugte kaltbearbeitete Titanqualität 4 Durch einen speziellen Kaltbearbeitungsprozess neues kaltbearbeitetes Titan

Grad 4 wird mit besserer Biokompatibilität, höherer mechanischer Festigkeit und längerer Haltbarkeit gebildet, während es mit reinem Titan kompatibel ist.

Nach 5 Millionen Tests liegt die Zugfestigkeit des Implantat-Rohmaterials über 900 MPa.

Durch spezielle Kaltverformungsbehandlung werden eine höhere Streckgrenze und Festigkeit erzielt.
